Standard Support

A more traditional consultant realtionship. Scheduled support, projects or incidents, are handled on an "as needed" and "as available" basis. Any unscheduled requests for support fall under the Immediate pricing structure. Physical onsite support has a 1 hour minimum plus travel charge. When possible, remote support is billed in 15 minute increments. Timeshare CTO Partners take priority and standard support customers agree to release me from support in the event a CTO Partner emergency occurs that conflicts with standard support.


Scheduled Regular Hours $150/hr
After hours $170/hr
Immediate $190/hr
Holidays $230/hr


  • Regular Business Hours for standard support are 8am-5pm M-F
  • After hours are 5pm-8am M-F, All day Saturday and Sunday
  • Immediate any non-scheduled interaction that requires a rapid response.
  • Holidays are standard US Federal Holidays, New Year's Day, MLK Day, Washingtons Birthday, Memorial Day, Independance Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.
